Where we ship

We currently ship to the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales & Northern Ireland).

Processing times

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
  • Most orders ship within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed after 1:00pm or on weekends/Bank Holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery options & costs (UK)

  • Standard (Tracked 48) — Free UK Shipping. Estimated delivery 2–4 business days after dispatch.
  • Express (Tracked 24) — £3.99. Estimated delivery 1–2 business days after dispatch.

Carriers may include Royal Mail, Evri or DPD. Delivery timeframes are estimates and can be affected by weather, strikes, peak periods, or carrier issues.

Order confirmation & tracking

  • You’ll receive an order confirmation email after checkout.
  • When your order ships, we’ll email your tracking link so you can follow the delivery.

Address changes

If you need to change your delivery address, contact us at support@silkshower.co.uk within 30 minutes of placing the order. We’ll do our best, but changes aren’t guaranteed once the order is being prepared or has shipped.

Delivery attempts & uncollected parcels

  • If delivery is attempted and no one is available, the carrier may leave the parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour, or take it to a local depot/collection point.
  • Uncollected/returned parcels due to incorrect addresses or missed collections may incur a re-delivery fee.

Delays & pre-orders

  • Any ship date shown for pre-orders is an estimate. We’ll notify you of significant changes.
  • If your order is delayed, we’ll keep you updated via email.

Lost, missing or damaged items

  • Damaged on arrival: please email support@silkshower.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.
  • Missing/late parcels: if tracking shows no movement for 7 business days past the expected date, contact us and we’ll investigate with the carrier.

Packaging & sustainability

Orders are packed securely and may arrive in recyclable packaging. Multiple items may ship separately to speed up delivery.
