Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your SilkShower purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return window

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging.

Hygiene & exclusions

  • For health and hygiene reasons, opened or installed filters cannot be returned unless faulty.
  • Damaged, heavily used, or missing-parts returns may be declined or partially refunded.

How to start a return

  1. Email us at hello@silkshower.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll reply with return instructions and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number.
  3. Pack the item securely and include your RMA inside the parcel.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you the outcome.
  • If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is confirmed faulty or we made an error.
  • Please use a tracked service and keep the receipt until your refund is processed.

Faulty or damaged items

  • If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us within 7 days of delivery (damage) or as soon as the fault is noticed.
  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund after assessment. Photos may be requested to speed things up.

Exchanges

If you need the same item replaced (e.g., defective on arrival), we’ll send a replacement once the return is assessed.

UK consumer rights

Your statutory rights are unaffected. Under UK law, certain sealed goods are excluded from change-of-mind returns once unsealed for health protection or hygiene reasons. This may apply to shower filters once the seal is broken.
